Boot Camp is a fitness program specifically designed for women of all fitness levels. The sessions take place outside our local park, where we relish the benefits of fresh air and freedom all year round. As appose to the gym, everything you learn in this course you can take and use anywhere you go, be it business trips, holidays or around the house. You don't have to go to the gym get fit.
We talk while we train, about everything from healthy eating habits to our not so healthy secrets.
If you want we'll push you, but if you dont, we won't bully you. You choose your own level and intensity, we will work together.
We meet 5times a week to train as a group.
